Can I participate in multiple shopping events at the same time?
Of course, you can participate in more than one ongoing event at the same time, unless otherwise stated on the event page.
However, most of our events can be participated in simultaneously.
How long will it take for the pre-sale products to reach me?
After you purchase our pre-sale products, you will receive an email about the delivery cycle. A few days before the product is about to arrive, we will also send you an email with shipping information. Of course, you can also contact us at any time via email or WhatsApp for inquiries, and we will reply to all inquiries as soon as possible.
Can I purchase an electric scooter with a custom color appearance?
We do offer this as a paid service. You can contact our customer support for more details about this service.

How long will it take to get my order?
We offer free shipping on all products!
Our aim is to provide you with the best shipping options, ensuring we always provide the highest level of responsiveness.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: order verification, cutting, quality checking and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order, Monday to Friday. Shipping time: Refers to the time it takes for an item to ship from our warehouse to its destination. For orders placed before 11:00 AM, this time will be the same business day; for orders placed after 11:00 AM, this time will be the next business day. All orders arrive within 5-10 business days of shipment.
How can I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy, once your order is dispatched, you can track it through your order dispatch email; you will automatically receive tracking information in the email. Of course, you can also check the information through the chat window or the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
What should I do if the tracking details are incorrect?
If your tracking details are incorrect please contact us so we can rectify this. At times there can be accidental mistakes; but we do always ensure the right tracking information is sent to the correct customer at all times.
Do I need to pay import taxes?
Unless otherwise noted on the shipping rate, we ship our scooters duty paid, i.e. you will just have to wait until the scooter arrives at your door. In rare cases, you may still be asked to pay for import duties. Please pay them and send us the receipt so we can send you a refund over that amount.
How do I cancel my order if it has already been shipped?
Please contact us as soon as possible. You can also refuse the package when receiving it. Once we receive the returned package, we will check and confirm it and refund it within 7 working days. The return policy must be followed.

Are your scooters legal in my state / city?
Electric scooters are relatively new and regulations differ widely. Our customers are responsible for ensuring a legal operation in line with local rules and regulations. Electric scooters are the future and we believe that with the continued rise of scooter sharing companies and the accompanying rise in popularity of electric scooters, more and more cities will pass favorable regulations. Can I ride my electric scooter in the rain?
We do not recommend using your scooter in the rain or in wet conditions. The road is more slippery and it will take you longer to brake. If you ever get caught in the rain, our scooters are still safe to use. Most are water resistant - just wipe them down once you get back home. Electrical equipment and water do not go well together.
Do electric scooters require assembly?
Our E-scooters do not require any assembly, normally needing just the handlebars or stem of the e-scooter to be attached. The tools and bolts needed come packaged with the e-scooter.
