Songzo RC600 Electric Bike

Is my first e-bike and I'm a little nervous about buying something, I know if it's not what I expected I can't just drop it off at Whole Foods and return it. I mean, how can a bike this cheap be really good? ? ? It comes in a large box and is mostly assembled meaning all the gears, chain, brakes etc are put together and ready to go. I basically just need to hook up the front wheel, handlebars, lights and pedals. (and maybe some small snippets) I'm not mechanical in any way, and I was able to put it together pretty confidently using videos I found on YouTube as guides. But he has become my best vehicle.

This company has gone above and beyond normal measures to please me as a customer. I had a problem with my rc600 and they replaced it immediately. I have never had such complete and spot service. It started with a YouTube video with their tips and commentary that brought me to my scoot. I will always buy from this company. customer for life. Thank you!
